"I originally joined Parripak as receptionist and due to the company's rapid growth since then I have filled several positions and now work in the Technical department. Although challenging, I enjoy this role as I never know what to expect from one day until the next. On a daily basis I have a stream of work to follow, but things are so fast paced here that I often have to rush off and do something else. Of course this doesn't mean I neglect my duties which focus around drafting product specifications for customers, approving raw material suppliers, checking health and hygiene levels within the factory and gathering samples for analysis."

"My varied experience at Parripak means that I am often needed to fill in when people are off or to help train when new employees join. I think the open family culture that still exists at Parripak is one of the main reason why people are so happy here. There are not many other companies of our size and prestige where you get that sense of team spirit which is why people rarely leave."
