
Our garlic and ginger is processed in a state of the art factory which is adjacent to our vegetable processing plant. The factory which was opened at the end of January 2001 offers high and low care segregation. We are able to offer a preservative free garlic in whole peeled, julienne, or as a puree. The unit is also equipped to offer purees of lemongrass, chilli, ginger, shallot, onion and a host of other vegetable purees.
We work extremely closely with our Spanish Grower, which allows us not only the ability to offer a very consistent and high quality product, but also control over the growing regime.
Parripak's garlic is used in garlic bread, ethnic cuisine, dips, and ready meals all to be found in the UK's national supermarkets.
