Our garlic and ginger is processed in our customized processing plant, with dedicated high and low care areas.

We can also offer preservative free garlic in either the whole peeled form, julienne, or as a puree. Purees also available include lemongrass, chilli, ginger, shallot, onion and a host of other vegetable purees.

By working closely with our Spanish grower, we offer very consistent and high quality products, and also have control over the growing regime. Parripak’s garlic is used in garlic bread, ethnic cuisine, dips and ready meals all to be found in the UK’s national supermarkets.
